Top 10 Things To Eat In Peru

When I traveled solo to Peru, I did not research the foods I should try.

This is Causa. It is absolutely delicious, and it was my favorite thing to eat in Peru.

The only other thing I tried on this list was alpaca (PachaPapa) at an outdoor place in Cusco.

Perhaps it was the way it was prepared, or my not feeling well because of altitude sickness, or because I was underdressed and freezing, but I thought it was just okay. I’ll try it again the next time I’m in Peru.
